Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aquaholics gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our change-of-mind conditions below.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Item is returned in its original packaging.Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided.

Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is at the customer’s expense.

To request a return, log in to your account at account.aquaholics.com.au and visit your order history.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@aquaholics.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

For faulty or incorrect items we will cover return postage costs and offer you the choice of a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement item, or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons:

  • Sale & clearance items - all discounted items are final sale.
  • Swimwear - for hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

These exclusions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in the event of a genuine fault.

5. Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a unique discount code valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

6. How to Lodge a Return

  • Email us at hello@aquaholics.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our team to confirm your return is approved before sending anything back.
  • Once approved, send your item to the address provided by our team.
  • We will process your store credit or refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
