We know you’re keen to get your hands on your new Aquaholics gear. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We dispatch orders same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 (after any discounts are applied). Orders under $100 attract a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

The table below provides a guide to estimated delivery times. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed — delays can occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing times. 
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
  • Aquaholics Coastal Crew is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border agencies.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au) or the carrier’s tracking portal for international orders.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Aquaholics Coastal Crew is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@aquaholics.com.au and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@aquaholics.com.au and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

For domestic orders, we recommend waiting 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. For international orders, please allow 25 business days.
